"Our Splined Sprockets will be fully CNC machined out of Heat Treated 7075-T6 Aluminum and available in 25T, 27T, 33T, and 36T. These will come finished in Military Spec (MIL-A-8625) Type III Hard Anodized coatings. Hard Anodized (Type III) coatings offer superior wear and abrasion resistance when compared to Chromic Acid Anodizing.

MacNeil: Light Splined Sprocket

MacNeil BMX has released the Light Splined Sprocket which is made from 6061 Aluminum and available in 23t, 25t, 28t. They also have the Lambo Splined Sprocket if you desire a different pattern.

為什麼 幾乎市面上大品牌的大盤 都用鋁的來做 因為鋁的材質密度高 重量輕
但許多人因為裝了鋼腿  又不想讓大盤跟腿有間隙  所以選擇48牙的中心軸 當然大盤就需要有48牙的中心轉接環 與 本身鋁合金的大盤作連結  而連結處 一直會跟 中心軸 拉扯  而且那力量非常的大  所以還是需要鋼的硬度和密度 . 所以我們看到市面上幾乎都是中間加一個小圓圈的鋼來做為 鋼與鋁的 交接轉接座,

當然 如果可以用整片鋼的材質 做一片出來  重量 又比 原本鋁合金與鋼轉接的 大盤
重量  輕  耐用  那 .傳統的 鋁合金與鋼轉接的大盤   存在的意義就會慢慢變小 . 目前國內有廠商做出來了, 整片鋼的大盤 安培想拿一片來試試看  不過目前都由 專業車手測試中  沒貨賣我  有興趣朋友可以  上網   切克澇!
